Hales student, Olivia, has recently taken part in an International Acrobatics Competition. Olivia trains at the Tigers Acro Club in Tunbridge and dedicates at least 15-18 hours to practising, spread over 5 days per week. For the second year running Olivia was delighted to be asked to compete in Portugal at the event which also saw 30 other teams from around the world taking part. This time Olivia was representing her new team, The Tigers, who are a relatively new club and so she were very pleased to have been selected to participate. Olivia said “It was great taking part and everyone was so friendly. Although we were not near the top of the leader board we are looking forward to improving our abilities and skills and competing in more competitions around the UK and further afield”.
