Students from Fulston Manor School welcomed Graham James, a volunteer with Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance, on Wednesday 1st February when he took an assembly to talk about the work that the Air Ambulance does and the importance of fundraising for this incredibly important charity. Students were encouraged to wear a Christmas jumper just before the end of last term and to donate money towards this fantastic cause. A grand total of £357.01 was collected and sent to the KSSAA. Hales student Toby said “It was a really informative assembly and we learnt loads about the Kent Air Ambulance. It was just a shame that it wasn’t longer as there was so much more to hear about”.
