Local MP Chooses Fulston Library For his Book Launch
Fulston Manor School were proud to have a visit on Friday 17th November, from Gordon Henderson, Member of Parliament for Sittingbourne and Sheppey as he had chosen our library as a setting for his book launch.
Mr Henderson was joined by his chief of staff, Jess MacMahon. Other attendees included various counsellors together with Mrs Aisha Cuthbert who will be taking over from Gordon when he steps down as our MP.
The new book, entitled 'Michael Palmer, A Very Working Class Spy' was a great hit and, following Gordon reading an excerpt from the novel, some very good questions were asked from the audience. It must be said that our students asked the most questions and thoroughly enjoyed being part of the invitees.
We wish Mr Henderson every bit of luck with his book - which can be bought off Amazon.
