Coming from a family with a history of winning ballroom dancing competitions it is no surprise that Year 8 Hales student Philip has been chosen to take part in a national disco dancing competition due to take place in October at Guildford. Philip danced his way to success during a solo competition in Maidstone on Sunday 9^th July representing Star Dance, his dancing club which practice every Thursday at South Avenue School. Dancing is Philips main hobby and he has been enjoying every second of it since he was four years old. We wish him every piece of luck in the national competition.
