If you love great food, enjoy cooking and delight in serving up culinary delights then look no further than this boutique cookery school, nestled in the heart of Kent. Ex Fulston Manor School student Emily Curson-Baker left school to read Business Studies at Southampton Solent University, achieving a first class honours degree. Mentioning Mr Clive Johnson from Fulston as an inspirational Maths teacher, Emily was able to apply her skills at University and the work place but ultimately found herself setting up her own business based around food intolerances which evolved into a cookery school. Emily’s cookery school has been written about in national newspapers The Guardian and The Huffington post and her website, www.foodatone.com , has a wealth of information. “I am in my late twenties and whilst at University I had a need to discover what food makes me feel great all the time (and what doesn’t), this is one of the founding values of FoodAtOne Cookery School to provide you with naturally healthy food every day that is ‘at one’ with you. My website contains, nutritional tips, recipes and I have also managed to get some discounts at health food stores too, signing up is via my website. I am also on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter”.
